Once you have signed up for one of our superior quality service plans, we generally have accounts setup within hours from the time the order is received, if paid by a credit card. This delay may vary depending on if there are any problems that may arise or if the order was incomplete.

When your account is activated, you may upload to your server via an FTP program, your control panel, or using an editing tool such as FrontPage that has a built in uploading feature. Your account will be assigned a temporary IP address to use immediately until your domain name transfers.

At the time of your order being received and approved, your domain name transfer request will be made. This process may take a few days, depending on many factors. To experience a smooth transfer with possibly no downtime, upload your web site files to your server using your temporary IP address that we assign to you, before your domain name transfers. Then once your domain name points to our servers where your files are located, your customers should see your web site off of our network.
